Invite your team
Add teammates to a site, choose Viewer or Admin, and manage pending invitations.
Give your colleagues access to a site from Settings → Team. Access is set per site, so one person can be an Admin on one site and a Viewer on another.
Add a teammate
- Open Settings → Team.
- In Add a teammate, fill in:
- Email.
- Project: the site they join. Only the sites you manage are listed.
- Role: Viewer (read-only) or Admin (full access).
- Click Add.
What happens next depends on the email address:
- If the person already has a Klickbee account, they are added right away. You see "Added to your site, they already had an account."
- Otherwise an invitation is created. When emailing is available, the invitation is sent to them. If not, Klickbee shows the invitation link so you can copy it and send it yourself.
An invitation is valid for 7 days. There is one pending invitation per email address and site. Inviting the same person again refreshes the link and the expiry date.
Accepting an invitation
The invitation link opens a "Team invitation" page that says which site and which role you were invited to.
- If you are already signed in, click Accept invitation.
- If you are new, choose Create your account to continue. The invited email address is fixed. Enter your name and a password (8 characters minimum).
Klickbee requires every new account to verify its email address before the first sign-in.
After accepting, the site becomes your active site.
Roles

Things to know:
- There is exactly one owner per site. The owner cannot be demoted or removed.
- Only owners and admins can invite people, change roles, remove members, and resend or revoke invitations.
- Only the owner can delete the site or upgrade it to Pro.
- The same roles apply when someone uses Claude on a site. A Viewer's assistant can read analytics, but cannot create, change or delete goals, pixels or conversions. Owners and Admins can.
- In the dashboard itself, the Viewer role does not yet block every setting: a Viewer can still use the controls for the site's name, public key and allowed origins, goals, pixels, conversion mappings and ad-account connections. Only invite people you trust with those settings.
- Team members do not change your bill. Billing is per site, not per seat. See Billing.
Manage members
The Members list shows everyone across your sites. Each person has a chip per site with a role menu (Viewer or Admin) and an × to remove them from that site. The owner's chip shows "owner" and has no controls.
The Pending invitations list shows each invitation as "pending" or "expired", with Resend and Revoke buttons.

Use Resend, or copy the invitation link shown when you create it and send it yourself.
